1. Entertainment only
AmuseMe is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not provide safety advice, medical advice, ride recommendations, or park instructions.
2. Safety rules
- Follow all park rules, ride warnings, and staff instructions.
- Secure your phone in a zippered pocket, approved pouch, locker, or other park-approved storage. Never hold your phone on a ride.
- Do not change how you ride, sit, brace, or behave to affect a score.
3. Scores, boards, and challenges
Scores, ratings, badges, leaderboards, challenge results, and share cards are provided as is. They may be corrected, invalidated, reset, hidden, or discontinued at any time, including for safety, fairness, abuse prevention, or app changes.
4. Prohibited conduct
Unsafe, unlawful, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or tampering behavior is prohibited. We may invalidate sessions, remove leaderboard entries, restrict features, or suspend accounts.
5. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge amusement rides and parks carry inherent risks, including risk of personal injury or death. You assume all risks associated with visiting parks, riding attractions, and using the app.
6. Purchases and access
Some features, parks, or access levels may require a purchase, subscription, friend unlock, or other eligibility. Availability and feature names may change over time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmuseMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or service during the previous twelve months, if any.
